I’m introducing a new blog feature. Don’t be stunned, I’m as succeptible to internet fads as the next guy, and I have to submit some of the gems that I’ve plucked from the web’s juicy underbelly. First up is www.cracked.com (AKA The Internet’s Most Comedy… ish… Thing). They’re the funniest group of writers that I’ve ever seen, from the lovable rogue Gladstone to the man-childish (retarded?) Dan O’Brien. Their wacky shenanigans, irrepressable hijinks, and INSERT THIRD SYNONYM combined make for a great read every time. Check out the articles with Pictures You Won’t Believe Aren’t Photoshopped.

Second up: lifehacker.com, upon which I found a number of useful computer tibits. From learning how to modify your Gmail account meticuously, to hacking your Wii to play DVDs (!), to finding some kickass wallpapers, these bloggers have it covered. They sometimes have short articles on health too, not to mention how much they link to other great articles and sites. I check it daily- will YOU?

Third, and last for today, a barrage of funny, cute, and outright awesome pictures an videos I’ve amassed. Get your spitguards ready, because you’ll either be spitting with laughter or too busy drooling and saying “GAWWWW, IT’S A KITTY CAT!”

To move on to another topic, I’m collaborating on a webcomic with my classmate Richie. He’s going to draw, and I will smith the words into a primo storyline. So far, we have a hunch of what we’re doing. Think Candyland meets Lord of the Rings. With exploding pirates. This will be my opus, not a MAGNUM opus. I haven’t had enough bombs to come back and make one yet. I’ll post when I can, but until then, be ready for a STORM of GUMDROPS!

Welcome, all interblags and blagowebbers, to my little cordoned-off corner of craziness. If you know me, then you know I’m a lunatic. Not the normal, asylum-type character, but a pie loving guy who happens to love Metallica and Lynard Skynard. Also, all the pop-culture references and geekiness. Well it’s more nerdiness, but I don’t like to split hears. Well, I love to split hairs, but not when I’m being hypocritical.

Be forewarned, internetians (interneters?), this blog is eccentric and also, on another level, slightly retarded. I love webcomics, comic books, film, television, and video games. You’re gonna be hit with a FULL DOSAGE of media and tropes. Look it up if you can’t comprehend the awesomeness (and large vocabulary, though not as large as my friend who’s blog I’ll be plugging often). And, if you don’t like profanity, avoid this, because I use it. But only slightly. Because I’m a goddamn gentleman.
